Orientations

Orientations are included in the homestay application fee.

Students are given an orientation on their day of arrival. They are welcomed into their new home in a friendly and professional manner.

A formal welcome orientation lessens problems occurring later as all parties understand any rules and requirements they must adhere to. Students are made aware of the Australian culture and what to expect while living with an Australian family.

Counselors will go through the orientation manual with each student and leave a copy with them to keep and refer to during their stay.
